Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at briellabeautycollection@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in such cases.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will already be in production and cannot be canceled.

We regret to inform you that we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipments are insured, and customers should contact the carrier directly with tracking information to file any complaints.

There are NO returns/exchanges on sale items.

Tracking numbers are sent to you via email when your ordered has been shipped. Please make use of the tracking number with usps.com to follow up on the whereabouts of your package before contacting me. If you live in an apartment, condo, or a single style residence, and you were NOT home at the time the package was delivered, please check with your landlord or neighbors about the package that was ATTEMPTED to be delivered to you before contacting us.

If your package/order was marked as 'undeliverable' by the United States Postal Service, and a note was left on your door, PLEASE contact your local Post Office before contacting us.

If you were not home at the time your order was delivered, USPS will leave a note on the door for you to call and make arrangements to either pick up your order or to have it redelivered. If your order is NOT claimed within 15 days from the time it was delivered, USPS will return your order back to me. If it is returned to us you will have to PAY to have it RESHIPPED to you.
If you order a product in error, please use the form below to discuss details on returning. The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility.
