Briella Beauty Collection is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders. All fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at briellabeautycollection@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in such cases.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will already be in production and cannot be canceled.
